Connections for OnBuddy
Choose a meeting-note folder once. OnBuddy picks up new notes and prepares actions for you to review against existing work. Confirm owners and dates, then follow the work in your space. Your calendar, email and files stay close when you need context.
Select the Drive folders that hold your meeting notes. New and revised Google Docs are detected automatically.
Compare possible existing tasks, confirm an owner and optional due date, or ignore an action. Nothing is created without your review.
Open the resulting task in your space. The next meeting’s notes follow the same review process.
Your Google accounts, your choices
An administrator allows each service and account domain. You then connect Gmail, Drive or Calendar in Settings → My connections. Reading and saving Drive files use separate permissions.
Your agenda and email previews stay private. Meeting actions go to a space only after review. Import and export create independent copies with a destination preview; they do not synchronize later edits.
Google Docs, Sheets and Slides import as Office files. OnBuddy text documents save to My Drive as plain text; uploaded files retain their format. Copies are limited to 20 MB. Reading Drive and saving copies require separate Google consent. Duplicate checks are suggestions for your review, not a guarantee that every duplicate will be identified.
