Our safeguards include TLS 1.2 or higher, AES-256 encryption for stored connection tokens, and multi-factor authentication for production systems.

The messages and knowledge you share with OnBuddy’s AI are used to help your team—not to train general-purpose AI models.
Our privacy policy explains how AI providers process content and when support access may be needed. Agents you connect separately are also subject to their provider’s terms.

For relevant international transfers, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK transfer addendum. Tell us your data-location requirements so we can discuss the right setup.

Does OnBuddy hold SOC 2 or ISO certification?
OnBuddy does not currently hold an independent SOC 2 report or ISO/IEC 27001 certification. The practices described here are our own commitments. Our security approach draws on these frameworks’ principles, and we can discuss it with your team.
