No. Journeys and Workspace can be used independently. Employees participating in Journeys do not need a paid Workspace seat.
Workspace counts human contributors once across spaces in the subscribing organization. Journeys counts each covered person once, even when they participate in several programs. Archived people and agent identities do not create extra human seats.
OnBuddy is included in every Workspace plan, including Free. Usage is limited, not unlimited, and reaching a limit does not start an automatic paid top-up. Consequential changes require your approval on every plan. Your external assistant’s provider charges are separate. Talk to us about expected usage if AI capacity is important to your choice.
Free includes 1 GB shared across one space and up to three human contributors. Pro includes up to 10 spaces and 10 GB per licensed contributor, pooled across the organization. For larger storage needs or a tailored agreement, talk to us about a custom plan.
Design partnerships can include agreed features and usage limits at no charge for a defined period. We’ll confirm the scope and duration with you. A partnership never starts a paid subscription without your explicit approval.
